In recent years, our enterprises have suffered from dumping accusations by western countriesmore often, and nowadays also by some developing countries such as India and Argentina. Chinahas become the victim which has suffered the most. And antidumping has already seriouslyaffected the healthy development of our export trade. It is one of the legitimate rights which WTOentrust to the import countries for considerable self-protection. However, our enterprises havelittle knowledge about dumping and antidumping, and also have little experience in antidumpinglawsuit, which all lead to a low ratio of respondence. Of course, the possibility of winning is small. It has made our enterprises suffering serious pecuniary loss, and at the same time, the image of ourcountry in the global trade has also been damaged. With game theory as a tool, this paper analyzesthe mechanism of dumping & anti-dumping, including the origin of dumping and problemsoccurring in anti-dumping, such as phenomena of low ratio of respondence and "free-rider". Inthis paper, some advices are given, which may enable our enterprises to maintain their interestsbetter and change the current passive situation as facing anti-dumping, in order to guarantee ourcountry's international trade on the rails.
