Rules of origin are the keystone of RTA. In order to understand thedifferent ROO employed by RTAs, this article focus on two kinds of ROO,that is, ROO of Goods Trade and Service trade. The ROO of Goods Tradeincludes "product-specific" rule which compares the differenttransformation standards of RTAs and Regimes of ROO which includes aseries of rules could impact on the ROO's smooth implementation.Because of being lack of enough data and practice of service trade, thisarticle introduced ROO of service trade comparatively simply. Then, thisarticle reviews the effects of ROO after explaining ROO administrationagency. Based on the introduction and analysis above, some prospectsof further questions need to research next, and some suggestions toChina's ROO legislation were offered by connecting the analyses above.
