Research On The Status And Promotion Measures Of Farmer's Obtained Sense In Coastal Regions Of Shandong Province In The Perspective Of Rural Vitalization

The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been valued by the party and the government as the fundamental issue of the country and the people's livelihood.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Party which take Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has focused on the general situation of the party and the country,at the same time,conformed to hundreds of millions of peasants' yearning for a better life,has proposed the strategy of rural vitalization which is a major national strategic deployment of the "three rural" work.The purpose of the rural revitalization strategy is to solve the current problem of restricting the imbalance and insufficiency between China's urban and rural development.Achieve a good rural revitalization in the process of coordinating urban and rural development,so that the peasants in the village will have more obtained sense.Compared with the Midwest regions,the abundant life weakens farmers 'obtained sense in coastal regions instead of improvement.Therefore,the study focus on the rural revitalization,takes farmers in coastal regions of Shandong Province as the research object,use questionnaires,literature analysis and statistical analysis methods to analyze the level of various dimensions of the obtained sense in the coastal regions of Shandong Province,combined with the reality of coastal regions of Shandong Province,propose corresponding strategies and suggestions.The results show that the main factors that affect farmers 'obtained sense in coastal regions of Shandong Province are lacks of government work perception and fair recognition,public services which need to be improved,farmers' lack of warmth and dignity,lack of livelihood satisfaction,inadequate security of life,sufficient expectations for future development,and a large disparity between the rich and the poor.In addition,whether it is the material level or the spiritual level of farmers 'obtained senses in the coastal regions of Shandong Province,they all below the average level,so the improvement of farmers 'obtained sense in coastal regions of Shandong Province should include both the material level and the spiritual level.We need to pay attention to government implementation,enhance farmers 'fair recognition,strengthen the publicservices,enhance farmers' sense of value,dignity and social warmth,ensure the quality of livelihood,pay attention to long-term development,and narrow the gap between the rich and the poor.We will continuously raise the level of farmers 'obtained sense,give full play to the creativity and enthusiasm of coastal farmers,and make them better participate in the implementation and construction of China's rural revitalization strategy.
