This paper puts emphasis on discussing the influence of Kyoto Protocol on the regulation of China's structure of production. First, the paper briefly introduces the process of the signing of Kyoto Protocol and evaluates its essence;then it summarizes the present structure of production in China, including the general situation of the structure of production in our country, the reasons for regulating the structure of production and the developing direction of the structure in the future;and then the paper analyzes the challenges that some relative articles in the Protocol raise to China's structure of production, including three aspects of the Agriculture, the Industry and the Service Trades;in order to give a vivid illustration of that kind of influence, the paper picks out 4 variables that are respectively the GDP of the transportation and communications trade, the total amount of energy consumption in this trade, the actual amount of FDI of our country and the total amount of private cars, and makes an authentic analysis through an econometric model;in the last part of the paper a conclusion is given through the whole analysis and illustration above and some relative suggestions are listed.
