Over the past few years, with China's accession to the World Trade Organization and the deepening of reform and opening up, China's foreign trade is growing very rapidly, the total import and export volume continued to create new historical record. But my increasing external dependence and an increasing number of countries on our anti-dumping, countervailing investigations, to the development of China's foreign trade is a new challenge. To this end, raising the value-added export products and upgrading the industrial structure is a leading direction for China's current foreign trade development. After World War II, Japan's foreign trade developed very rapidly, and in a short time had achieved the restructuring and transformation of the export. This thesis attempts to analyze the development process and causes of Japan post-war foreign trade, from the national government's policy formulation and business development, to illustrate their own Japanese industrial conversion, continually enhance their dynamic comparative advantage reasons, and to give our current foreign trade development some enlightenments.It is divided into four parts. The first part is on the main comparative advantage theory. Part II outlines the major post-war Japan External Trade Development process, and changes in the import and export product, the regional structure on each period. The third part mainly from two major aspects of internal and external factors analyzes of the causes of Japan's foreign trade development.
