| Modern mechanical enterprise is vital in the development of modern industrial economy in the creativity of GDP, imports and exports. Therefore, how to strengthen its performance management becomes a hot topic in the research of theory and experience. The purpose of this thesis is to design a suit of performance evaluation system which is suitable both for the development of the modern mechanical enterprise and the harmonious society. The conformation of its performance evaluation system needs five steps: l.The design of measure indexes. On the one hand, analyzes the working flow of modern mechanical enterprise, according to every taches of value-chain, the working flow is compartmentalized of six phases: (1) Obtaining related information. (2) The elementary fabricate of the enterprise. (3) The R&D phase of the new products. (4) The volume-producing phase. (5) The deploitation of market. (6) Gaining working achievement. Afterwards, according to every phases of the working flow, designs technical economy indexes which reflecting value-chain process. 2. Choices of assessing indexes. From all technical economy indexes, natural indexes, and environmental indexes upwards, chooses representative indexes to form the assessing indexes. 3. Classification of the assessing indexes. Using basic principles of the performance evaluation rules of state-owned capital, classifies chosen assessing indexes into basic indexes, accessorial indexes and qualitative indexes. 4. Confirm of indexes proportion. Firstly, confirm of every assessing indexes proportion. The methods are complex analyzing methods of related indexes, SPSS, and related model. Then, confirm of categorizable indexes. Each proportion is the summation of every assessing indexes' proportion Above. 5. Conformation of performance evaluation system. According to the indexes and proportion upwards, the performance evaluation system is constructed. Owing to its structure is similar to Du Pont system, thereby, it is called "new-style Du Pont system". In the end of the thesis, utilizing the related indexes' data, does paradigmatic analyse in order to compare each other. This is not only the breakthrough of traditional performance evaluation, but also the new thought of performance evaluation. Thus, makes work of performance evaluation more proper and accurate. |
