Study On The Development Strategy Of Diversified Industry Of Puyang Power Supply Company

This paper rationally advances the corporate development strategy of diversification in the local power supply company based on an objective and in-depth analysis and evaluation on its existing problems ,its strategic resources and its strategic competency .Furthermore,it fixes strategic businesses' options and positions by utilizing various strategy analyzing tools such as BCG's Matrix , Portofolio Method,Value Chains and Critical Success Factors,etc.Concerning the paths,content,and modes of implementation of strategy,this paper makes an attempt to put the development strategy in practice by launching the strategic program,namely capital recombination, and simultaneously pays more attention to the strategic support by building up the performance appraisal system and cultivating the corporate culture system to guarantee the accomplishment of the goals and tasks of strategy implementation.All in all,this paper can be of more referential significance for local electric diversified enterprises(EDEs) owing to its strong pertinency,nicety and practicality in terms of its presentation of views.
