In the company, natural gas engines and generator sets are the leading products that are basically utilized to generate electricity fueling the combustible gases associated with industrial production. In terms of the more and more ferocious competition in markets as well as actual status of Shengli Oil Field Shengli Power Machinery Company limited, The company in the process of development encounters certain problems of products Strategy.This paper carried out in-depth analysis about Shengdong Company's product development with Strategic management theory, and using a system analysis and case analysis.First, the analysis of Shengdong company's internal and external environment, and summarized the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
