With grown up of real estate industry, the competition among real estate enterpriseshave come into the competing stage of enterprise's brand from the competing stage of localityand price. Establishing brand is not only the route of the survival and development of realestate enterprises, but also the best approach to increasing market shares and winning excessprofit. This paper focuses on how to set up real estate enterprise's brand, indicating it is thefoundation that project brand, service brand, sincerity culture and organization measures, atthe same time impenetrating the innovation of brand in the whole process.The innovation of this text lies in setting up service firm and collecting feedbackinformation in the course of management, using other's brand material in the range of budgetto advance enterprise's brand, introducing research and development in the course of realestate enterprise brand establishment.
