The Applied Research Of EVM During The Construction Stage

The essence of Integration management is a sort of all-around management activitywhich maximizing the whole benefits of the project as its target , putting the coordinationand cooperation of time, quality, scope and stocking as its main content from a global view. Sofar as the construction field, Integration management requires that the enterprises should havethe ability to achieve the construction target within a lower cost, a suitable time and a higherquantity. According to the research in and abroad China, we can find that EVM is an effectivemethod to realize the purpose.However, because of the lack of applied research, this method is still not being broad usedin China. It is regret to our construction field. From the point of applied research, through thestudy and improvement of EVM theory, this paper brings forward and comparatively integrityEVM flow, establishes a gray forecast model and a synthesized performance assess system. Atthe end of the paper, the author used a case to approve the applicability of the research resultsin the paper.
