This thesis is mainly on research of the Regional Power Market, and methods toconstruct a mathematics model of optimized Daily Generation Schedule Under RegionalPower Market. In this model, not only unit commitment or unit fees of start up andsuspension is considered, but also the two clearing methods based on unified marginalcost and practical bidding price.Since there are some defects in traditional optimization method, GA (geneticAlgorithm) is proposed to solve this mathematic model. Meanwhile, a decimal –binaryhybrid coding GA is proposed because of the defects in standard genetic algorithm basedon binary encoding and decoding techniques. According to the specialty of the model,some critical techniques, such as constrains-handling technique, genetic operator designand algorithm efficiency optimized method, are studied. In the end, Distributed RegionalCooperative Algorithm is used to solve the model, and what's more, .NET based programconstruction design is also conducted.
