The Research On Risk Management Of Bot Project Financing

Practices indicate that the risk management is the successful key of theBOT Project financing.This Thesis with the BOT Project Financing theoriesand risk management theories as foundation, combining the domestic andinternational BOT practice, the risk management of BOT Project Financing hasbeen roundly and deeply researched.This thesis firstly analyzed the risk characteristic of BOT ProjectFinancing, the source and the classification by typical cases induced the mainrisk factors of investors and practice fuzzy clusting analysis it,which laid thefoundation of carrying on the risk management.On the basis of risk identification, this thesis studied the assessment of thesingle risk and the whole risks of the BOT Project Financing.given the concreteassessment index sign and methods to the political risk and economic riskrespectively as the single risk, then built up the fuzzy synthetic evaluationmodel of whole risk of the BOT Project Financing from the Project investorangle, and carry on to the water supply BOT Project.After the determination of maie risk and its level,this paper analyzed therisk handling mechanism of BOT Project Financing, discussed the principle ofrisk share and the strategy of risk handling;Respectively from two aspects ofthe Project core risk and the Project environment risk discussed the method andmeasure for various concrete risk of the Project participate;Build up the riskhandling system with contract, guarantee and insurance for main means;analyzed the existent problem on our country BOT Project Financing riskmanagement and put forward to correspond the countemeasure andsuggestions.Finally to take the BOT Project of the sixth water supply factory inchengdu as an example, synthesize the foregoing research result of this thesis,carry on the empirical research.
