Strategy management is an important meant for modern enterprise to improve itsmarket and therefore keep sustainable development, especially for private enterprise.The circumstance has been changing rapidly;it's necessary for enterprise to make itsgoals and strategy to keep its competency advantage in the long run.In this article, the author use MingHua AoHan High Technology Co. Ltd as abackground to explore the development strategy, which is adapted to MingHua'sdeveloping. Currently it has no clear development strategy. It's important to make outexact developing strategy with full consideration and clear guideline in order toachieve continuous successful development. Based on theories of strategymanagement including core competence and BCG Matrix, the author studied theexternal and internal environment and actual condition, research the resources ownedby MingHua. Derived form SWOT analysis, worked out the exact developingstrategy in the near future. Organization adjustment, strategy implementation, keyfactors and critical issues to ensure the success of developing strategy are alsoidentified and described.The Development Strategy Research report can be a strategically guideline for thedeveloping of MingHua in near future as well as valuable reference for other privateenterprise in similar status.
