Strategy management is an important meant for modern enterprise to improve its market and therefore keep sustainable development. In this article, the author use MingHua Technology Co.Ltd as a background to explore the development strategy, which is adapted to MingHua’s developing. Currently it has no clear development strategy. It’s important to make out exact developing strategy with full consideration and clear guideline in order to achieve continuous successful development. Based on theories of strategy management including core competence, the author studied the external and internal environment and actual condition, research the resources owned by MingHua.
