Interpreting Corporate Industrial Conformity With Case Study Of Greencool Group

In this paper, We show that Chinese enterprises will face more and more severechallenges with China taking part in WTO and the accelerateon of the economic globality,Chinese enterprises must change operative dirction, and in the base of reorientation theywill improve their comprehendsive competition through taking a series of new modestrategic M&A ang industrial conformity.This paper consists of four parts:Part one is the introductions of concepts of the mergers and acquisitions(M&A) andindustrial conformity. We contrast the industrial characteristic of China with America, inorder to interpret on the significance of industrial conformity.Secondly, through studying the case of the refrigerator industrial conformity ofGreencool Group, we take the factor analysis to analyze the performance of the industrialconformity and the M&A, and evaluate the results of the Industrial conformity.Thirdly, with the case study of Greencool Group purchasing the auto industrialorporate in home and abroad, we take the factor analysis to analyze the vertical conformityin the base of the industrial chain.Finally, in the base of the analytical result of the Greencool group case, we want tofind some factors that affect the performance of the Industrial conformity and the M&A,at the same time, we hope that we can provide some ways to implement industrialconformity and the M&A.
