The Research On Risk Management For BOT-based Environmental Protection Project

With the deterioration of China's environment condition, also with the need of developing circular-economics, China's government has planned to build lots of environmental protection facility, which need plenty of money. However, traditional finance method do not meet the need of this requirement. Thus, this article will focus on the popular finance method—BOT model, it's purpose is to identificate. measure and manage the risk of BOT-based environmental instructions.The research on risk management theory and case helps us to know how to well deal with the risk during the process of environmental project. The paper explain the status of the research in our country and aboard firstly, then analysis the risk factor of BOT-based environmental project, after that, we discuss several risk analysis methods, finally, combined with waste-water treatment project, we discuss how to manage the risk of BOT-based environmental project efficiency.By studying that, this paper achieves conclusion as follows:(1)Based on the character of BOT-based environmental project, the paper analysis various risk factors in the project in detail.(2)According to some index selecting principles, combined with two kinds of index, we build the index system for BOT-based environmental project.
