Due to the rapid integration and development of the global economy,it is conceivable that the market competition intensity of high-tech industries will increase,and technological innovation will not only achieve high returns,but also with high risks.As for the risks that high-tech enterprises are suffering,domestic scholars have begun to attach great importance to this issue and have drawn some relevant theoretical research.High-tech enterprises must not only face the rapidly changing and extremely complex external environment,but also solve the internal dilemma of low success rate caused by technological innovation difficulty.With the intensification of competition in the technology market,the risk of technological innovation in high-tech enterprises has increasingly become a difficult problem for managers to solve.How to identify,measure and deal with the high risks associated with technological innovation process,and analyze the impact of technological innovation risks.Factors,improving the control system and early warning mechanism for technological innovation risks,have become an urgent problem faced by many high-tech enterprises,and relevant enterprises and departments should give full attention.Therefore,building a high-tech enterprise technology innovation risk control system is the key way to solve its high-risk problems.Based on the risk management theory,this research takes the high-tech enterprise J company as the research object,combines the technology innovation theory,and uses the expert scoring method,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the 41 risks that may exist in technological innovation.Indicators,built three steps(identification,measurement,management),seven aspects of technological innovation risk control system,combined with the actual situation of J company's technological innovation to carry out research.The final conclusion is as follows:(1)Through risk identification,it was found that when company J was in technological innovation,there were higher risks in the market,environment,and management,but less in human resources,technology,finance,and production.(2)Through risk measurement,it was found that the overall risk level of Company J during technological innovation was general risk.Among them,the level of environmental risk is higher,and the risk level of other aspects is average.(3)According to the results of J's technological innovation risk identification and measurement,the risk control or risk transfer strategy is generally adopted for market,financial,and management risk levels,and the risk aversion strategy for higher environmental risk levels.
