In knowledge economy age, human resources management is in a strategic position in business management, but has many risks. Especially, human resources management becomes more and more complicated after the rate of global economic integration has been accelerated greatly, and in order to exert employee's enthusiasm and creativity, their independence and self-determination have been greatly enhanced, consequently, the risks of human resources management also have risen. So the study on it is urgent.Firstly, this article analyzes and defines human resources management risk and the related concept, sorts the risks according to different ways, and points out why and how the human resources management risk exists, knows its essence further, builds the foundation for risk identification, risk measurement and risk prevention. Secondly based on abundant research and analysis of human resources management actuality, the article analyses the venture in human resource management process, such as in recruitment, training and performance, and its distribution. Thirdly, by organizing the game theory and the human resources management, the article establishes the dynamic game model of incomplete information, then obtains the bilateral game equilibrium in recruit, training and performance, finds the best strategy for the enterprises, brings a general thought about how to prevent the risk, that is to say, only knows the prevention purpose clearly, do the basic thing of risk identification and risk measurement, can propose concrete countermeasures to prevent the risk further. Finally this article offers the concrete countermeasures about how to prevent the risk, proposes the main prevention measures for the modern human resources management from human resources management process, the enterprise culture, the legal norm and so on several aspects. It expects these can help us to have a general cognition and more thorough research in human resources management, to enhance human resource management skill, to enable human resources management work to play the major role in the enterprise.
