Evaluation Of The Innovation Of Marine Industry And Study Of Co-Innovation In Tianjin City And Hebei Province

The 21st century is a marine one. Marine industry, as an important resource provision of material production, key food source to our mankind, new room to survival and development to human beings, is bearing much hope of human. To be the dominant one in the S&T of the marine economy, costal developed countries have put forth the S&T layouts of the local marine economy and considered innovations as the key of the marine development and "rich marine country". Also, up till now, the costal provinces and cities in China have been regarding the innovation as the determinants of marine development, "live long with innovation, perish without innovation" is true of marine economy.To the city of Tianjin and Hebei province, both of them are seated beneath Bohai, thus have perfect natural conditions to develop marine economy and have gained great achievement in the marine economy. But compared with the developed costal areas of our country, the degrees of the marine economy in both areas are lower, so can not drive the local economy of Bohai area enough. On the other hand, to both areas, their marine industries still have room to increase. Especially under the drive of innovation, the potential of the marine industries can be dig out greatly. Besides, both areas have advantages and disadvantages, but are eager to develop their marine industries. The fact is that there is still a little cooperation between these areas.In the thesis ,on the basis of the above, the marine industry innovation is studied, and the mariculture, processing industry of aquatic products and salt chemical, which have pushed the marine industry greatly and have many active innovations ,are chosen out to represent the marine industry and their co-innovation is put forth as the way to achieve industrial development. The main contents of the thesis are:1. After consulting some relative literatures about industrial innovation of marine, the status of the relative research is concluded and cleared up.2. The statuses of the whole marine industry , mariculture, processing industry of aquatic products and salt chemical are analyzed;evaluating index system and model are constructed to do the empirical research on the innovation ability of them.3. After comparing the innovation ability of the relative industries, the suggestion that the two areas should have more cooperation in the development of marine economy is put forward in the thesis.
