As an important energy source and resource, petroleum is extensively applied in everywalk of life. People describe it as "black gold" or "economic blood" in economic even wholesociety. Before the petroleum futures appeared in 1973, petrolic price had been 3 dollars perbarrel . But petrolic price had risen, it even exceeded 70 dollars per barrel in 2005. Theundulation of petrolic price has affected the situation of international politics and economy,especially international economy. As an important pole in the world's economy, today,China's economic interchange of world becomes more and more. Because the economyrapidly developing, now China consumes more and more oil, and relays oil than ever. So it isvery important to analyze how the petrolic price's rising affects world's and China's economyand what China should do.This dissertation adopts the method of quantitative distinction combining with thequalitative distinction, and puts forward that safeguarding petroleum's security has twokeys—"lash-up spare petroleum" and "multiplicate sources". This dissertation also putsforward to increase supply , to optimize product, to substitute petroleum , to improveefficiency , to reform policy , and so on.This dissertation is divided into four parts.The first part summarize how the international petrolic price to be formed. The secondpart introduces how the petrolic price's rising to affect world's economy. The third partanalyses how the petrolic price's rising to affect China's economy. The fourth part expatiateson the safe strategy of Chinese petroleum resources under the circumstances of the tension ofthe petroleum resource's supply and contention.
