On Entrepreneurial Spirit And Construction Of Enterprise Culture

Enterprise culture or corporate culture has been the most important competing power of modern enterprise, while the entrepreneurial spirit is the primary influence on cultural activities in enterprises. This study puts the corporate culture under the background of knowledge economy, and expounds the conceptions about entrepreneur, entrepreneurial spirit and corporate culture synthetically. On this base, the study demonstrates the relationship between the entrepreneurial spirit and corporate culture. Further more, it keeps on studying the urgency, the necessity and the possibility on cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit of China. Cause the entrepreneurial spirit is a complicated system, spontaneously the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit involves vary elements, and be influenced by the environment.
