Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Will To Innovate And Technological Leapfrogging

As my country’s science and technology development started relatively late,there is still a certain gap in the level of science and technology compared with Western developed countries,especially in key technical areas that have not yet been able to make a comprehensive breakthrough.Western developed countries represented by the United States have adopted trade measures to contain my country ’ s development.Various means such as wars,technological wars,etc.,implement a trade list system for Chinese enterprises.This affects the normal development of our country to a certain extent,but it also makes our people further understand the truth that key technologies cannot be bought,and we must rely on our own strength to make breakthroughs and implement a technological leapfrogging strategy in order to improve scientific and technological strength.Don’t be "stuck" in key areas.Technological leapfrogging is not only determined by the factor of “investment”,it also involves national technology strategy and resource investment,and also involves the innovative behavior of enterprises,especially the will of leaders represented by entrepreneurs,and the never-saying of scientific and technological workers.The spirit of defeat and determination.Therefore,the innovative spirit and will of the entrepreneur as the leader of an enterprise determines whether an enterprise can successfully achieve a technological leap.Entrepreneur theory has done in-depth research on the role,mission,function,ability,quality and other aspects of entrepreneurs,but there is insufficient research on the relationship between entrepreneurs’ will to innovate and the impact on enterprises to achieve technological leapfrogging.The theory of entrepreneurial will to innovate originated from Schumpeter.He believed that the entrepreneurial will to innovate plays a key role in the development of enterprise innovation.Innovation is the driving force for economic development,and it is the entrepreneurial will to innovate that promotes innovation.However,this theory has not been fully studied.Chinese scholar Wu Guisheng specifically discussed the key role of the national will of innovation and the will of entrepreneurs in my country’s technological innovation.However,how the entrepreneur’s will to innovate affects the implementation of technological leapfrogging strategies by enterprises and the mechanism for achieving overall technological progress has not yet been studied.This article believes that entrepreneurs influence the innovation behavior of employees by internalizing the will of innovation into corporate culture,forming innovative values,guiding innovation behavior through innovation strategy,supporting innovation behavior through innovation investment,and encouraging innovation behavior through innovation incentives.The innovation will and spirit of entrepreneurs play a key decisive role in enterprise technological innovation,technological breakthroughs,and technological leapfrogging.This paper uses case studies and empirical research methods to identify the key factors that influence entrepreneurs ’ innovation will on corporate technological leapfrogging.Taking Shandong Jinan Shengquan Group ’ s implementation of technological leapfrogging as an example,it is based on the enterprise life cycle theory from infancy to completion.The three stages of long-term and mature period analyze the key elements of enterprise technological leapfrogging,comprehensively use qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to explore the influence of entrepreneurial innovation will on enterprise technological leapfrogging,and test the validity of the research results.The research results show that the innovation attitude and innovation behavior of the four independent variables that constitute entrepreneurs’ innovation will have a significant impact on corporate technology leapfrogging.The national technology innovation policy in the intermediary variable of the national innovation policy affects the entrepreneur’s innovation attitude and thus has a significant impact on corporate technology.Leapfrogging has a significant impact.The top-level design of innovation strategy and the implementation of innovation strategy in the regulatory variables of national innovation will have a significant impact on the extent of the role of enterprise technology leapfrogging.Based on the above understanding,this article proposes that my country must adhere to the strategy of self-reliance and self-reliance through science and technology,and while improving the innovation environment,it must vigorously promote entrepreneurship,guide entrepreneurs to transform innovation will into corporate values,build a strong corporate innovation culture,and rely on technology for self-reliance.Self-improvement to achieve technological leapfrogging in more fields in order to break the Western technology blockade and promote the leapfrog development of Chinese enterprises.
