The Influence Of Entrepreneur's Innovative Spirit On Corporate Growth Performance In Dynamic Environment

In the period of economic transformation,the external environment is complex and unpredictable.The technology is constantly updated and iterative,and the market demand is unpredictable.Enterprises must not only avoid the threat of survival and development,but also need to grasp the fleeting opportunities in time.In such an era environment,entrepreneurship has gradually become an important resource for promoting social change and economic growth.More and more enterprises have incorporated entrepreneurship into their corporate development strategies,especially entrepreneurs'innovative spirit.At the same time,with the promotion of the "mass entrepreneurship,innovation" policy,domestic innovation and entrepreneurship activities have arisen,and new ventures have proliferated.However,the growth and development of start-ups are facing great difficulties.Entrepreneurial enterprises have problems of low performance and low quality.Moreover,social and business have not paid enough attention to innovation,and there has been a lack of entrepreneurial innovation for a long time.Enterprises cannot survive and develop in a competitive environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the path of entrepreneurial innovation to the impact of corporate performance.In recent years,the connotation of entrepreneurial innovation,the relationship between entrepreneurial innovation and corporate performance has become a hot issue in academic research,and in the process of the influence of entrepreneurship on corporate performance,it is also affected and influenced by other factors.Environmental factors are an important variable.From the perspective of the innovative spirit in entrepreneurship,this paper focuses on the mechanism of the relationship between entrepreneurial innovation and corporate growth performance,and introduces environmental dynamics into the enterprise on the basis of reading and combing the research results of predecessors.In the path of the role of innovation in the growth performance of enterprises,the model of regulation effect is constructed to explore the dynamics of technological development and the dynamics of market demand.This paper conducts an empirical analysis based on 156 valid questionnaires and conducts an investigation of the proposed research hypotheses through surveys and questionnaire surveys of hundreds of companies.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Entrepreneurial innovation has a significant positive effect on corporate growth performance,and there is a positive correlation between innovation consciousness,innovation ability,product or service innovation and corporate growth performance;(2)The dynamics of technological development positively regulates the influence of entrepreneurial innovation on the growth performance of enterprises;among them,the interaction between innovation consciousness and technology development dynamics is the most significant;(3)the dynamic demand of market demand positively regulates the entrepreneurial spirit of innovation The impact of corporate growth performance,in which the interaction between product or service innovation and market demand dynamics is most significant.Finally,this paper analyzes and discusses the test results,proposes suggestions for cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit of the southwest region of China,and enhances the performance of the company,and summarizes the limitations of this study and the prospects for future research.
