Study On Leap-forward Development Of Anhui County Economy Under The Background Of "Central China's Emergence"

County economy occupies an important position in a whole nation's economic system. Since reform and opening-up, Anhui economy has been lagged behind littoral areas in east China, for which the lag of county economy is the main cause. Fortunately, China is now focusing on the "Strategy on Central China's Emergence", which has brought Anhui province an unprecedented opportunity. Therefore, how to seize this precious opportunity to leap forward its county economy has become an urgent and necessary issue for Anhui province.Based on theories of county economy and leap-forward development, this paper firstly gives a comparative analysis to present situations of Anhui county economy, discusses several restrictive factors, and presents the practical evidence for Anhui county economy to leap forward. Then, the paper proposes that to realize the leap-forward development of county economy, Anhui province should set the construction of an overall well-off society as its aim, by implementing the eastward strategy to develop its economy. Later, the paper puts forward the guidance and four specific principles that must be followed in developing a leap-forward county economy, together with some supporting policies and industry-developing tactics. Finally, the paper chooses Changfeng county—one which can represent ordinary level of Anhui county economy development—as a special reference to give a more specific illustration of the above-discussed strategies.
