Since 2003, electronic component industry in china has been developing very well, and the thermistor market has also been experiencing a period of rapid development. However, the thermistor market competition has become all the more intense in china.The thesis originates from Anhui province scientific office's soft scientific research project "Countermeasure research on promoting scientific innovation and carving out of Anhui province". In recent years, many people working at high-technology study founded high-technology enterprises. These enterprises process advanced technique and good high-technology products, but, their technology and product advantages could not be used full in the market, even some of them faced failure and were washed out without feeling in the intense market competition. The thesis bases on the authentic case to make an analysis of the structure of our country's thermistor industry from the aspect of marketing management, and introduces the situation of five major competitors with domestic strength;in addition, the thesis analyzes the opportunities, the threats, the strengths and the weaknesses of enterprise by resorting to SWOT analysis, and analyzes STP strategies with emphasis and marketing strategy of Hefei Sensing Electronic limited company. Meanwhile, it also analyzes marketing performance evaluation and CRM. On this basis, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of market positioning, marketing strategy, improving marketing performance evaluation, the enhancement of CRM and so on. At last, it suggests the emphatic aspects for further study.
