Study On Inventory Management Of Automobiles In The Environment Of Supply Chain

At present days, inventory management of automobiles in the environment of supply chain has the poor ability of marketing forecast. The main reasons are that Chinese automobile enterprises don't form the core of the management of supply chain and there are some vital problems in the code of inventory management. As a part of supply chain management, inventory management decides the production cost and the responses to customers of the enterprises. Therefore, solving these problems is important for these enterprises' existence and competition.This article combines the theory of inventory management of supply chain with the specific feature and conditions in the Chinese automobile enterprises, and points out the problem in inventory management of supply chain, which is the poor ability of marketing forecast. According to this problem, the article analyzes its negative effects and its factors. Then, this essay analyzes the ability of our Chinese automobiles enterprises becoming the core of the management of supply chain and implementing the vendor centrally managed inventory mode. Finally, this essay design the subjects that improve the ability of market forecast in the inventory management of automobiles in the environment of supply chain, including its management code design and management system design and optimal design of management system.This article put forward to my own view to the ability of marketing forecast of inventory management in the environment of supply chain at the basis of analyzing the problem of inventory management combined with the theory of inventory management. It will improve the ability of marketing forecast of inventory management. And it has the practical purpose and the value of reference.
