Research On The Methods And Application Of BPR In ERP Implement

Business is an important method to improve its ability of management. In the last two years, the market of ERP is extremely hot under the push of government and demand of competition. Among the enterprises which curry out the project of ERP, a lot of enterprises have succeeded, however quite a few enterprises have not obtained the expected effect, even fallen into "IT" black hole.
