Warehousing Enterprise Standard System

Standard system can play an important part in consolidating enterprise Value-chain and enhancing the core competence, as domestic storage industry, there are many difficulties, such as outdated facilities and so on. In order to fundamentally change the status of storage enterprises, first of all we need to optimize or rebuild the business processes, on this basis, enterprise can organize to build standard system.The paper first analyzes the status quo and faced problems of storage enterprise. we extract out the solutions—establishment of standards system. We analyze three methods about how to build standards system. We extract out one method that how to build standard system with process. This article focuses on process optimization and establishment of standards, based on process optimization, according to storage and preservation, I collect and analyze the existing standards, and make some advises which one need urgently to be build and how to select the standard.In this paper, I suggest that change the material work to process documents. I focus on build standard system with process standards and national standard's combination.During step-by-step discussed on analysis storage methods of enterprise standard system, we analyze one case about automotive parts warehouse, find the problems and put forward suggestions for improvement.
