With the trend of economic globalization and international economic integration, the co-opetition of international trade in service is flourishing. After joining into the WTO, services sections in China have been gradually opened to the outside. In front of the fierce international competition, how to change the current backward state of our trade in services, and enhance the international competitiveness of our services overall, is becoming a major issue. In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge and technology-intensive service industry will become the core of a country's economic development engine. Therefore, the development level of international trade in services will directly determine a country's status in a new round of international labor division. The article tries to make the analysis from the perspective of the development of co-opetition of the international trade in services, and sum up the success or failure, for finding a way to the rapid and healthy development of China's service trade.The article integrated use the theory of Marxist economics, economics and marketing, related to normative analysis and empirical analysis and combined with the application of dialectical materialism and historical materialism analytical methods for analyzing the co-opetition theory in the international services trade, and the problems exists in the course of our service trade co-opetition .Then explored the reasons of it, and made the corresponding responses.According to the article, the imbalance of international trade in services is important reasons to promote the rapid development of international co-opetition. The special requirements in the implementation of GATS and the characteristics of international trade in services their own make the co-opetition a more suitable model.The promotion of transaction efficiency is the most fundamental driving forces to make the confrontational competition convert to co-opetition. The formation of co-opetition relations needs either party is the independent property subject, with a common vision and strategic objectives. Co-opetition is founded in a market economy environment, and there are certain limits.The characteristics of trade in services as well as the specificity of the external environment make the co-opetition in service trade special, which include international trade in services co-opetition mainly refers to the macroeconomic policies and rules;Their expansion primarily use the ways of chain, franchising and horizontal network;They are more stable, also focus more on the open up and creation of the market.Through the empirical analysis dn co-opetition in service trade of our country, there are some problems, such as lack of cooperation sense between competitors in the domestic service industry and among industries, regional structure is too concentrated, high-value-added or high technological content cooperation of services trade are relatively few and other issues. To solve these problems, we should take measures from three aspects which is management, the service their own and participation in international trade negotiations.
