Research For County Reign Economy With Chinese Specialty

The development of county economy is an important complex and key task in the process of building the Chinese socialism specially. So called "the county region" is the junction for the city and town. In the view of administration management, county region play an transferring role in economy communication, science transition, administration unblocking, information dissemination, population emigration as well as society influence. County region can play it's function in improving these effectively and turning round these flexibly. Above all, from the view of economy development, society advancement, political stable, breeding of common people, environment protection, education of mass style and so on, county is the basic of the whole nation, therefore the economy of county region is the basic of all of the country. County become rich, so the country, county become strong, so is the country.To develop the county economy successfully effectively and quickly can enhance and strengthen the whole country's economy. As the Chinese clinch has said "if the county is governed, so the whole country", so the county economy not only play an important role in the development of national economy but also play an important role in steady of society and regime. In our country, we solve the problems of villages, agriculture and farmer in the domain of county, our politics and principles are also exerted in the field of county. The two tasks of the problem of the surplus labors and the slowly increased income of farmer can be solved provided that the economy of county can be improved, thereafter, to develop the county economy is necessary demand of building affluent society comprehensively.The thesis discussed the county economy and the development of county economy and harmonious and sustained comprehensivedevelopment of society through using the method of theory researching and example analysis, adopting the method to qualify deeply theory and quantify the systematic evaluation, penetrating the popular phenomenon and regularity, setting up the theory point and view of development. Firstly, the thesis gave out the theory principle through decrypting the views of development which lies in Marxism classic author's works and the analyzing the practice of socialism with Chinese specialty, then set up the foundation for the whole article, secondly, according the logical order of research and researching demand, the thesis researched and analyzed the historical change of Chinese county's administration position in govern construction, the function of county government, in different period and different country, and introduced the present conditions of Chinese county region economy and some traditional county economy model;Thirdly, through analyses the model of Henan county economy, we conclude six kind ofmodel to develop the county economy, and the same time ,we pointed out the predicament which Henan county economy model are confronting now. Finally, the thesis pointed out the principle to innovate the county economy model with Chinese specialty and the way to lead county economy comprehensively in the lead of view of scientific development.
