County Economy And Tax Coordination In The Development Of Empirical Analysis

Under the request of the sixteenth conference of the CPC—'promote county economy', developing country economy is an important task of fully building a well-off society. Country economy is the basis and basic unit of national economy the development quality of which is closely related to the solution to the 'issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers', the improvement of overall national strength, the construction of well-off society and harmonious society.As an important national economic administrative and macro-control department, how taxation bureaus carry out their taxation functions and strive to promote the harmonious development of country economy and taxation is a new topic we are facing. Combining the author's taxation work and the request of scientific development view, this thesis introduces the concept, features of country economy and its current situations, comes up with the development orientation of county economy, fully analyzes the current situations of county economy in Dezhou, examines the interaction between economy and taxation, and presents suggestions on how to promote country economy and taxation development, so as to provide available advice for the development of county economy and taxation work.The thesis consists of five parts. Chapter one systematically illustrates the basic concept, major features of county economy and its functions and status in China; objectively analyzes the limits in country economy in China and points out the importance and urgency of developing county economy. Chapter two mainly has a look back at the evolution of county economy after the foundation of new China, and comes up with the fundamental direction of China's county economy, and based on this analysis, holds that the basic trace of thoughts of county economy should be stressed in five scenarios. Chapter three combines the reality of Dezhou, analyzes the development features of county economy and major measure for developing county economy in Dezhou, and specifically points out the current problems. Chapter four, as the major part of this thesis, follows the basic requirements of economy and taxation, carefully studies large numbers of economic indices and taxation revenue, analyzes the interaction relationships between the county economy and taxation and comes to a basic conclusion. Having summed up the four former chapters, chapter five examines the basic hypothesis of realizing harmonious development of county economy and taxation, and presents practical suggestions on the level of taxation functions.
