The article is introduced the marketing cost problems that corporate must faced in the operation. The methods mostly base on the theory and case study, which can help how to manage the marketing cost effectively.The whole paper is combined five scraps. First scrap is preface. The second one is marketing cost analyze. In the later are the methods of marketing cost management. The following part is case study. The last scrap is conclusion and prospect. The most important part is the second and the third ones in the whole discourse. The following studies have chiefly been carried on in thesis.1. Analyze the problem of the marketing operation, indicate the budget and control function how to work which as the core of the marketing cost management. At the same time, make the statement of the actual problems that box up the marketing cost management.2.View at how to solve the problems that second part refers and make out the methods to the problems.3. Aim at the inside environment and refer out the oriented ways.4.The article is also use the case study to seek the scheme of the problem. It also hope the methods which has referred could be help solve the realistic issue which the corporate exists.
