A Study Of Chen Yun's Thoughts And Practice On Relation Between Plan And Market

Chen Yun's economic thoughts were mainly surround the relation between plan and market to expand.I try to use history and philology study methods in my thesis, which has four parts .The first part is preface which mtroduce the national study dynamic about Chen's economic thoughts. In the second part to the third part, I will orderly describe Chen's thoughts and practice of relation between plan and market through clues of historic logical development. I think that from the time of foundation of the PRC to the time before "the great cultural revolutionary", Chen's thoughts of relation between plan and market show at some aspects — foundation step by step of planed-economy system, recognition market accommodation, "three main bodies, three supplements" thoughts and help in the time of country's economic adjustment;After the start of opening and reform, his thoughts turned to that "planed-economy is main, market economy is assistant". In the fourth part, I will value objectively some hot spots in Chen's thoughts of relation between plan and market—the thoughts and practice of planed-economy, "main bodies, supplements" mode, coalition between plan and market, "birdcage economy".Chen had led Chinese economy for long time and got together a lot of experiences, so in time of reform and opening, his economic thoughts had plenty of room to exert and ascended to be more theoretic conducts. As a result, Chen Yun's economic thoughts have great theoretic value and realistic meaning.
