Research On Internal Enterprises' Supply Chain Information Sharing Under SCM Pattern

Along with the world economics tending to be global and integrative, the internal enterprises have obtained various development opportunities, but simultaneously they are facing more and more furious and brutal challenges. The information technology development and the further subdivision of market cause more enterprises pay much attention to improving their competitive ability, and relegate the non-core business to some other enterprises. The early "large and complete" vertical integration business management pattern have become to can't adapt to the society's demand yet, and later itwas been replaced by the horizontal integration business management pattern------SupplyChain Management (SCM).In order to reduce some negative effect result from the Supply Chain's bullwhip effect, enterprises must share their information resource in the supply chain management process. Therefore, we say the share of information resource is the foundation of supply chain management. The supply chain management has been developed for several years, and already obtained very successful application in some enterprises of developed countries. However, in our country, most enterprises know little about this management pattern, thus still use the some old patterns. In fact, in our enterprises, there are not mature links up the SCM pattern, moreover, the problem of information resource sharing is the main bottleneck, which hinders our enterprises to realize SCM pattern.This article take management as the guidance, according to the logic of "analyze the reality, propose the problem, solve the problem", firstly analyzed our enterprises' opportunity and challenge which bring by the economical global integration, and then expound the inevitable trend in implementation of supply chain management, further, through some theoretical analysis to prove the information source sharing is quite important in the supply chain management. In the following section, we analyzed the definition, the content, and the model choice of supplies chain information resource sharing, then analyzed the insufficiency of information sharing process in our internal enterprises, and finally proposes some corresponding strategies from business management angle.
