In the last 15 years, there is a dramatic increasing development of the sightseeing agriculture which has been developed since the early 90s in 20th century in Zhejiang province. Although it seems that developing sightseeing agricultural is the efficient solution to Three - rural Problem in Zhejiang province, the existing problems and factors limiting its sustainable development and construction stated. Such as the traditional ecologic agriculture has been destroied, the ecological benefits and the Art Aesthetic of the agriculture landscape has been declined by the way of land use/ cover changed. Both of the low of the agriculture landscape heterogeneity, the bad of the environment, the low use of the agricultural and sideline product resources lead to the bad economic benefits and un-sustainable development of the sightseeing agriculture.Focusing on the fact that the sightseeing agriculture landscape and the land degradation is getting worse, Some new model for its developing are put forward, such as recycle agriculture;organic agriculture;co-agriculture and precision agriculture etc. In fact, the planning and design of any agriculture model aslo can be seen as the land/landscape planning. It is imperative to plan all kinds of agriculture landscape by some technological and efficient methods and paths based on landscape ecology. Now wonder how important it is, these methods and paths are only for the uncertain region. It is hard to design the spatial collocation which is fits for all the regions.Based on on-the-spot investigation of some sightseeing agricultural garden in Zhejiang province, firstly, this paper put forward the new model for its developing recycle sightseeing agriculture mode and also explained the new mode's general idea according to the concept of recycle economy and recycle agriculture;secondly, the author chosed the sightseeing garden, located in Yuhang Area of Zhejiang Province as a case for study. In the study, we applicaed landscape heteogeneity indices for assessing the current landscape status of the garden. Than we designed its recyclemode. And next, we planned its landscape pattern according to the mode and than assessed the garden's new landscape . At last, two groups of assessment index were compared. So we find that the study suggested:1. Recycle sightseeing agriculture mode is the necessary choice for sightseeing agriculture maintaining its sustainable developing.To keep sustainable steady growth, the sightseeing agriculture in Zhejiang province must establish scientific developing standpoint, transform growth methods, take the rood of recycle mode. And it's also depend on agricultural clean production, comprehensive use the resources of agricultural residues etc.2. Landscape planning based on the recycle mode can higher the garden's landscape heterogeneity and also optimized its landscape Pattern.The garden's landscape diversity index is 2.68, the maximum is 3.32, landscape dominance index is 0.64, landscape evenness index is 0.81. After landscape pattern optimization its landscape diversity index is 1.83, the maximum is2.81, landscape dominance index is 0.98, landscape evenness index is 0.65. The comparison shows that the landscape pattern we plan has more kinds of landscape types than its current status, the spatial pattern adjustment adapted to the developments is better;and there is higher patches fragmentization degree than before. On concluding: the planning pattern is better than its before.
