Agriculture is the foundation of economical development in China, and it is the physical guarantee to raise people's living standard. Sustainable development is the direction for agriculture progress. High input, low output, high pollution discharge of the old production mode have become the main factors that seriously restrict agriculture development. Recycle economy pursues higher economic profit, less consumption of resources and lower pollution to the environment, which has offered powerful theoretical warranty for the sustainable development of agriculture .Recycle agriculture is not only a new production mode as the recycle economy is applied to agriculture production domain, but also an emerging agricultural development theory based on the theory of recycle economy. As we know that the natural resources are abundant in Jilin Province, but its economy increase unduly depended on resources in the last several decades. So, there are many ecological and environmental problems existing such as the soil erosion, the soil fertility dropping, the flooding and drought, the soil desertification, salivation and degeneration etc as the result of excess exploitation of natural resources, severe industry pollution, irrational utilization of soil and so on. Therefore depending on existing recycle economy theories and recycle agriculture theories, as well as the outline of the 11th"five-year plan"of Jilin province, looking for the suitable recycle agriculture mode became currently initial mission. Under the guidance of recycle economy, system science, ecosystem, ecosystem economy, sustainable development, economy control and life recycle, this dissertation attempts to construct a integrated, scientific and canonical theoretical analysis system for the lifecycle evaluation of recycle agriculture. Based on this analysis frame, research on the issues of the quick development of recycle agriculture and on how to protect ecology, environment harmony development is carried out.This dissertation is composed of eight chapters, including three parts:The first part is an introduction; it mainly introduces the background, research goal and meaning, the current state of domestic and international research, the main focuses of this research, and the applied technical approach and method.The second part is made up of theories; it contains chapters two, three, four and five. This part is key body of this dissertation. Through the analysis of the current condition of the agriculture resources and environment, the second chapter pointed out that currently the most serious ecosystem environment problems in Jilin Province are the soil erosion, land"three turn", the soil fertility drop, the vegetation destroy and the industrial pollution. Making reference to "pressure- condition- response" model, the article has constructed the Jilin Province ecological security evaluating indicator system. The ecological security condition of Jilin Province is synthetically evaluated by using the quantitative and qualitative analyses, neural network's parallel computing ability, and the T-S fuzzy system modeling method based on SOMK algorithm. The third chapter elaborated the connotation and the characteristics of recycle agriculture, the 3R principle of the feedback flow in resource utilization. The harmonious development of the economic efficiency, the ecological benefit and the social efficiency under the 3R principle was investigated. The system analysis method was applied to analyze the recycle agricultural system. The fourth chapter defined the lifecycle of recycle agriculture. Based on the research of existing agricultural LCA system, the recycle agriculture LCA technology system was constructed. The evaluation system of the lifecycle of recycle agriculture and the influencing assessment method of the lifecycle of agricultural produce were studied. The fifth chapter elaborated the functions and the architecture of the decision support system. The structural frames of the recycle agriculture LCA decision support system and the data warehouse based agricultural LCA decision support system were constructed.The third part, including sixth chapter and the seventh chapter, was the application of sustainable development theory of recycle agriculture.Based on the sustainable development theory of recycle agriculture, the guiding principle and the general goals to establish and consummate agricultural product standardization were proposed. Based on the lifecycle theory, the agricultural product standard system bare bone, and the agricultural product standard technology support system, the perfect agricultural product quality supervision system were constructed for Jilin Province. This part also established the Jilin Province agricultural product quality authentication system, completed and consummated agriculture standard dissemination of technology system, strengthened the agricultural product standardization law enforcement system and so on five big system's constructions to propose the reality bare bone. The seventh chapter discussed the differences between the recycle agriculture and the modern traditional farming. By fusion of traditional farming and the ecological agriculture characteristics, following the 3R principle, and according to the traditional farming development foundation, this chapter chose and constructed the Jilin Province recycle agricultural development pattern. According to the Jilin Province ecology provincial construction plan, the recycle agricultural development strategic countermeasure was proposed from the five aspects: the organization, the public opinion, the accounting system, the legislative work, and the external condition.
