Gansu Loess of Plateau is a part of China Loess Plateau. People think Loess Landscape and Loess cultural when they mention Less Plateau. But lots of people don't know many "Green Island" are also seen in this piece of ocher "Ocean". They are rocky mountainous. There are very rich natural tourism resources and cultural tourism resources in the mountainous. We research rocky mountain areas of Gansu Loess Plateau and surrounding areas, in order to offer effective reference for exploitation of Gansu Loess Plateau tourism resource and overall tourism resource of Gansu.The exploitation of tourism resources is the core of the tourism. It is quite an important part of the work of the local government. Tourism resources in Gansu Loess Plateau and surrounding areas are plentiful.The paper describes the important tourism resources in this region. Based on the analysis of the basic resources, structures, exploiting conditions and present foundation, the paper has given a comprehensive evaluation on the tourist resources and furthermore made a quantitative evaluation on the exploiting potentialities by employing the gradationally analytical method.Referring to the analysis of tourism resource, market, exploitation conditions and current situation, we bring forward exploitation strategies, measures, image creations, function division. It's necessary to bring forward a serious of strategies.
