Study On The Relationships Of Tourism And Economy, Environment In Loess Plateau Region Of Eastern Gansu Province

With the rapid development of tourism industry throughout the world, it has become one of the world's largest economy, and is to stimulate new growth point of the region's economic and social development. But as a result of tourism development and economy, environment is a relationship of interdependence and restraining each other, the rapid development of tourism industry bring some positive effects on economic, environmental, and also bring some negative effects, such as it caused a certain loss and pollution to the environment, and so on. At the same time, the economy, the environment also has a significant impact on the development of tourism. Therefore, understanding correctly the interactive relationship and its impact mechanism of tourism and economy, environment, for the region make coordinate and sustainable development policy of tourism and economy, environment has an important theoretical significance and practical significance.This article based on the econometric analysis method and model, with Qingyang city as research subjects to characterize the interactive relationships of regional tourism and economic, environment. The conclusions were shown as follow:(1) In the study of the coupling relationship analysis between tourism and economic, the impulse response and variance decomposition analysis showed that there was not two-way mutual promotion coupling relationship between tourism and economic, there is only one way promoting effect, namely the economic growth driven significantly tourism industry, but the development of tourism wasn't promote effectively the economic growth, and to some extent tourism development showed a certain negative impact on the economic growth.(2)In the study of the coupling relationship analysis between tourism and environment, through the impulse response and variance decomposition analysis, it found that there was not two-way mutual promotion coupling relationship between tourism and economic, and there was a one-way promoting effect,namely the tourism development have a strong positive promoting effect on the environment pollution, sped up the emissions of pollutants. But the cost of environmental pollution was not well promoted the development of tourism.(3)Through the econometric analysis model, verified that the region tourism development has a certain negative impact on economic growth, and tourism development failed to promote and stimulate effectively the economic growth. Through further analysis of the transmission mechanism, there exit necessary connection of tourism development and all the transmission mechanism variables, tourism development not only has a direct negative effect on economic growth, but also through other indirect factors have a negative impact on economic growth, mainly displays in the price level, scientific and technological innovation, human capital investment, the opening degree, and so on.(4)Through the econometric analysis model, verified that tourism development promoted the environmental pollutant emissions and increased the environmental pollution in Qingyang, tourism development has a certain negative impact on the environment. Through further analysis of the transmission mechanism, tourism development not only promoted directly the pollutant emissions, there is no effective promoted the healthy development of the environment, but also through other indirect factors have a non-benign influence and role on environment. The human capital investment, science and technology input and institutional environment have different degree of negative impact on the environment in the development of tourism, environmental policy has certain improve effect to the environment, but this effect is weak.(5)In Qingyang city as the main body of longdong loess plateau region must face up to the relationship of tourism and economy, environment. By optimizing the industrial structure, improving economic efficiency of tourism; attach importance to brand building and tourism market development; strengthen education and talent cultivation of the touring industry; attaches great importance to science and technology innovation, the wisdom of tourism construction; to take effective measures, promote the ecological environment protection; transform the mode of tourism economic development and so on, to achieve the coordination and sustainable development of tourism and economy, environment.
