A Study On The Industrialization Of Countryside In Western China Under The Frame Of Issues Of Agriculture, Countryside And Farmers

The industrialization of countryside which initiated by township enterprises had developed rapidly in the beginning of reform and open. With the development of reform and open, the special conditions for township enterprises have not left. Especially from the mid of 1990s',the environment of market and policy has changed very much, so the development of township enterprises has ceased even go backwards. This paper reviews the history of industrialization in western countryside, analyzes plenty of data, and explores the reason of the hindrance of industrialization. Then this paper relocates the western township enterprises of our country and puts forward some advices.
