| The question of the agriculture, countryside and farmers is the result of institutionaland structural conflicts. At present，the govern have always been pay attention to solutionof the agriculture, countryside and farmers" issue, which raise to unprecedented levels, asa top priority in all work, so the insurance has drawn increasing academic and policydepartments attach great importance. It is one of the important way to solve the issue ofagriculture, countryside and farmers, which is also the reality and important problemthat the practice and theory of China insurance need to deal with. The insurance is aneconomy compensatory system to disperse loss and transfer risk. Agriculture in Chinaplays an important role in the development,the insurance greatly promoted our countryagriculture health develops continuously, so the study on the insurance operation modeis of great significance.This dissertation takes insurance business model as research subject, and unifiesmethods such as theory and practice, microcosmic and macrocosmic and the systemanalysis which are combining together, aiming at establishing the insurance businessmodel that suitable to our national life development. We summarize the business modelsof Japan, America, Western Europe and some other country, and also summarize thecurrent agricultural insurance business pilot models in China. Then analysis the situationof formation of our insurance service, we draws a conclusion that in China should choosethat the commercial operation, the agency policy-related business, operating a largeagricultural insurance as comprehensive agricultural insurance business model. Then, thispaper also analyzes the comprehensive management patterns of agriculture insurance hasthe existence of "with insurance raises risks", marketing channel diversity advantageadvantage. Finally, put forward to build perfect insurance system, government dominant,overall planning, perfect each regulations such as the optimal policies and suggestions. |
