| More and more State-owned enterprises have come to realize that appropriate use of human resource is one of the key factors to gain core competence during the process of growth and development. Scientific performance management of human resource has become an important means and development tool in HRM. It has become an important way for enterprise to utilize human resource, bring up core competence and gain competitive advantage.But when performance appraisal is operated in practice, a lot kinds of problems in performance managements have be found to block and weaken the HRM' effects. Trace to its source, it's always because there are something wrong in design or operation of performance appraisal.This paper focused on the study, design and operation of performance appraisal system in the Lanzhou Water Supply Group Based on careful analysis of the LWS Group, this paper is based on the manager of Pipe , designed plan of performance management that fits the LWS Group. The plan united the compensation system with performance appraisal system, and combined the two together.The meaning of this paper is that through making use of all kinds of performance theories and skills to found performance management system in the LWS Company successfully. This paper provided some suggestions to performance management in the Chinese State-owned enterprises. |
