With the advent of knowledge economy, human resources management has become an important means for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. The fundamental purpose of human resource management is to maximize the potential of employees, improve enterprise performance and achieve the common development of employees and enterprises. The performance appraisal is the core content of corporate human resources management, in large part, a good or bad performance appraisal related to the efficiency and effectiveness of the management system of corporate human resources. Performance appraisal and corporate strategic objectives are interrelated, and its effective implementation will be conducive to the reunification of the behavior of the employees to the strategic goals up. The effectiveness of the performance appraisal system integration of human resources, the organization has coordinated control employee relations is of great significance.Theory combining with practice, this paper follow questions, analyze and solve problems of the idea of the whole thesis writing content.
