There has been a big change in the area of our charcoal area since middle of 90s, this centenary. The market property changed from selling market into buying market. The traditional competitive structure in the new charcoal area has been challenged by new increased companies and private companies.In the area of charcoal, Lanzhou Hailong Technology Incorporated Limited (Inc. Ltd.) is one of the top companies from the historical and the market perspectives. However, the changing environment forced this company face to an austere challenge. On the other hand, this challenge also brings it a great opportunity. Therefore, it is very important to find out the problems of Hailong Inc. in terms of sales strength, and establish a sales group with high quality, high performance and high faithfulness. It is significant to Hailong Inc. to be a strong and developed company in the future.Based on this study, it is found that, currently, Hailong Inc. Ltd. has some problems, such as the structure of sales is not reasonable, the qualification of sales representatives are low, the objectives of sale reps and the company are different, and sales training system is not complete enough. Therefore, this study tends to discover an effective model for Hailong Let. which involves the objectives and strategies of selling, a new structure of organization, design of salary, a system of interviewing, training, supervising, promoting, evaluating and so on, so that Hailong Inc. will be able to reach its target and increase its competitive strength.
