With the rapid progress of network technology, the Internet plays a bigger role for enterprises in social market economy, and also brought new opportunities and challenges, the enterprise must rely on the network to seek further development. Domestic heavy truck traditional sales mode can not satisfy the needs of the development of the enterprise, must depend on the mode of innovation to improve enterprise's core competitiveness, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of the network marketing.This thesis talked about a new marketing and business model established by E-sales in Chinese heavy truck marketing. By analyzing the economic research network and the network marketing, combined with the basic theory of economic background in network for sales enterprise marketing mode, and put forward the new requirements and online sales network marketing strategy pattern. Using empirical analysis, comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis method, based on the data of Qi HuaTong traffic statistical software, the paper study the T online sales situation, find out the actual implementation of network marketing encountered obstacles, puts forward pertinently suggestions.Through the study of the network that T company choose the right marketing strategy, but the product strategy is relatively weak. Due to the laws and regulations, consumer concept, commercial credit problems, online payment don't implement. In the future development, we should overcome the difficulties and seize the opportunities brought about by new marketing mode in the network economy under the environment of network marketing,, in order to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of marketing, and promote enterprise's competitive advantage.
