The Construction of the Three Gorges Project makes much developing chance to the reservoir district citie. Great change has been made to the cites in the Three Gorges reservoir district since 1994 when the project started. Migration moving and real estate development are two carriages of Wanzhou city expanding. And the real estate became the most important support for Wanzhou to maintain continuous development after the large scale migration construction has completed. Wanzhou represents the most typical situation of reservoir area and is the most typical representative and research specimen. It is significative for problems resolving to research on Wanzhou.
