The entrepreneurs are the most important human resources in the enterprises,their decisions and behaviors have a great effect on the enterprises. It can not beignored to incentive the entrepreneurs running the businesses. In the factors of theincentive, material incentive is basic function and the moral incentive is fartherincentive function. Until now, there are a few studies on the entrepreneurs' moralincentive, but the researchers' pay more and more attention to it. So the moralincentive of the entrepreneurs become greater important. To this thesis, first based onthe former researches, we defined the entrepreneurs' moral incentive. It included fivefields: reputation incentive, power incentive, market competition incentive, objectiveincentive and the entrepreneurs' spirit incentive. This definition is systematic andoverall. Second, we expanded the entrepreneurs' lifecycle theory. We combined theentrepreneurs' human resource lifecycle and the entrepreneurs' term lifecycle into onecalled the entrepreneurs' comprehensive lifecycle theory. This created theentrepreneurs' lifecycle theory new. Using this new theory, we studied theentrepreneurs' moral incentive and we found that the five fields' effect on theentrepreneurs was different from each other on the effective and variation. Thereputation incentive, market competition incentive and the entrepreneurs' spiritincentive have an effect on the entrepreneurs during the whole human resourcelifecycle. The power incentive and objective incentive's effect is relative to theentrepreneurs' lifecycle. At last, we originated the moral of the entrepreneurs' moralincentive based on the entrepreneurs' lifecycle theory. The model mainly discussedhow to use the five moral incentive fields to incentive the entrepreneurs in everyperiod of the lifecycle.
