Private-run economy as the newly-born issue since reform and open to the outside world, has gained further developments as the key part of national economy, and it is also playing as one of the key parts in promoting socialist labor forces.At present, Reviving Jilin Old Industrial Base, is what the whole province is faced as a key task. Realizing such a task depends on the involvement of private-run entity and quickening its development is also regarded as the highlight in solving the deeper contradiction in economy and also a necessary option.To help revive the old industrial base and quick its private-run economy, it is necessary to construct the Development Model of Private-run Economy in Jilin province. This article focuses comprehensively on the development of private-run economy on the expectation of economy in Jilin province and its choices of path, and conceptual definition on its development model so as to appraise the successful model in other provinces. This article tries to figure out the difference, advantages and disadvantages through analysis after other cities'examples being presented and puts forward our own models and policies.This article is divided into four parts:Part I: The development of private-run economy on the expectation of economy in Jilin province and its choices of path.Part II: The existing main model of private-run economy and relevant suggestions prevailing in other provinces, and relevant hints to Jilin province.Part III: Analysis on the main difference, advantage and disadvantage in the development of Jilin private-run economy.Part IV: Constructing the development model and policies of Jilin private-run economy.
