Development Research Of Chengdu Private Economy

Non-state owned economy development has been encouraged insistently since the 16th National Congress of CPC (Communist Party of China). Individual, privately owned and other kinds of non-state owned enterprises are also important part of socialism market economy which has provide wider space and freer condition for the private economy in the new period and the policy would prompt the development of the social productivity rapidly. With the processing of the economy reform, the position of the private enterprises has been improved increasingly. By the year 2006, the economy value added of Chengdu city reached 132.66 billion Yuan, which has increased by 20.1% compared to the last year. The Chengdu private economy produces 48.2% of GDP , 2.5% more than last year, however the private economy contribute 66.6% increasing to GDP. Private economy play an important role in the followed aspects, adding taxes ,prompting residents'income, solving the employment, flourishing the urban and rural market, increasing social investment. Private economy has been the most active and potential power of the economy development.How to understand the private economy sustainable development under the background of integrating urban and rural development and urbanization? The correlative researches would be of important theory value and the application value. Chengdu government began to integrate urban and rural development and urbanization in 2003, and got initial success partly. Some researching achievements on Chengdu experience and"Chengdu mode"began to arouse people's interests. Zhongtian Yi the professor of Xiamen University named"Chengdu Mode"firstly which has initiated the attention of with the medium especially and was discussed enthusiastically. Researches on Chengdu private economy will detect the economy law of economy development. On the same time it will provide experiences to promote private economy in other areas.An important way to process the integrating urban and rural development and urbanization is to develop the private economy pivotally and make the private economy the main position of the market to integrate the urban and rural, important industry support and sustainable power. Meanwhile the integrating urban and rural development and urbanization will bring new opportunity to develop the private economy. The adjustment of industry structure will create new industry opportunity .And resources concentration will bring abundant production element and wider market spaces.Based on those the paper uses econometric model and data mining technique to demonstrate the private enterprises investigating data of Chengdu, explore the quantity discipline and character of the private economy, and try to find efficiency way to promote the private economy. Also provide policy advice and empirical evidence support to integrate urban and rural development and urbanization and promote the private enterprises of Chengdu.
