Study On The Mechanism Of How The Hi-tech Industrial Agglomeration Brings Along The Economic Growth

With an increasing tendency developing towards the centralization of economic resources worldwide, the economic development of a country or within that country has displayed a characteristic featuring high degree of imbalance. The enterprises, as microeconomic entity, have obviously expanded their scope of and accelerated the speed of migration. These enterprises have kept moving to areas where it is beneficial for their development and they tend to centralize and development in a certain area. Industrial agglomeration has become a tendency for regional development attracting wide attention. In countries whether it is developed or underdeveloped, industrial agglomeration has made great contribution to the national economic development. In China, with the advancement of reform and opening up and economic development, industrial agglomeration has also become a part and parcel of Chinese economic growth, and by such many places along the coast of eastern and southern China have scored remarkable economic achievements. Industrial agglomeration's rapid development across the world and its huge contribution to regional and national economic development has made it an important object of study by many researchers of various subjects. In the realm of economics, industrial agglomeration is now an important sector for the study of industrial economics, with more and more research centering on it. This paper, by studying on the theories of hi-tech industry regional agglomeration and its current situation, Summarize the experience from the development of typical hi-tech industry agglomeration in domestic and overseas region. In this process, we make use of the theory from Industrial economy and regional economy, and we also combine the theory of systematic science with the situation of development of domestic hi-tech industry agglomeration region. We categorize 31 provinces into 3 typical groups according to their different development phases and analyze the typical situation in each of the 3 groups. We can see some hi-tech industry agglomeration regions are developing fast and successfully, but not all of them is satisfactory. Due to the lack of human resources or technology, some regions should develop some kind of industrial agglomeration to make use of their regional typical resources except hi-tech industry. On the basis of the category, this paper analyses how the hi-tech industrial agglomeration brings along the development of regional economy. Under the frame of the theory, we analyze the evolving mechanism of ecological system of Chinese hi-tech industry regional agglomeration's development, mainly illustrates the reasons and types of the development of Chinese hi-tech industry regional agglomeration. And finally, this paper analyzes the problems Chinese hi-tech industry regional agglomeration is facing and gives some countermeasures. The four key problems this paper is about to solve are as follows: the analysis of the formation of the embedness mechanism of typical hi-tech industrial agglomeration areas; coordinating network building of hi-tech industry; how to cultivate the common culture in the industrial agglomeration region and how the hi-tech industrial agglomeration brings along the development of economy.
