In the process of creating value, the human capital, as a form of capital, takes part in the process of production as well as the material capital, and it plays a decisive role. Therefore, the human capital, as well as the material capital, should require the economic rewards and participate in the distribution of the revenue of the enterprise. However, in the practice of the enterprise development, people usually ignore this.
